送貨條款
- 下單成功及完成付款後，系統將根據客人所填寫的送貨地址及付款時間，一般將於 2-3 個工作天（星期六、日及公眾假期不包括在內）內出貨。
- 配送服務一律交付予委託的速遞公司負責，而送貨範圍目前只限於香港、澳門及台灣。
- 購物滿折後價港幣$400或以上，香港本地派送地址可享免運費；訂單折後價錢少於港幣$400則以運費到付方式發貨，運費以派送公司現場報價為準。其他地區(澳門及台灣)均以 運費到付方式發貨。
- 本公司會盡力將貨品包裝至安全狀態後寄出，倘若貨品不幸於運送途中發生任何損壞或遺失，本公司恕不負責。請向速遞公司索償。
- 如客人填寫地址資料有誤而導致無法正常派送，當中所產生之所有手續費或其他配送費用將由客人自行承擔。
- 如下單後因客人填寫地址資料有誤，並且於下單後2個工作天內仍無法聯絡客人作出修改，本公司將保留全單退款之權利，退款過程中所衍生之所有手續費及費用均需由客人自行承擔。

退款及退貨
- 如閣下於收貨後發現產品出現以下情況，可向我們要求退貨或更換產品。惟所有退貨或更換要求必須在收貨後七 ( 7 )天內進行：

- 遺漏或錯誤送遞產品
- 閣下必須就上述要求提供證明以供核實，包括：
- 出示有效收據；及
- 把有問題之產品的影像拍攝並透過電郵發送給我們作為證明。

Our Telos tents feature our patent-pending Hangout Mode, allowing you to convert your tent’s fly into a semi-open shelter. It requires two hiking poles, or our Telos Hangout Mode Pole Set (sold separately), to create a sheltered, communal space that’s perfect for group meals, rest stops or group hangouts.
